The “Fab Four” of food and fun dining will band together for “Bubbles and The Beatles,” a revolutionary night of taste at 50 Ocean. On Thursday, August 16, 50 Ocean’s Executive Chef Thomas Op’t Holt, Chef Blake Malatesta, formerly of M.I.A., Chef David Schroeder from Brick & Barrel Gastro Pub, and Chef Adam Brown of The Cooper will harmonize their culinary skills. For this Magical Mystery Tour of Moët & Chandon, the chefs have crafted a lineup of dishes that pair perfectly with labels from the luxury wine producer. This latest edition of 50 Ocean’s Seaside Summer Dinner Series offers five courses complemented by the radiant and romantic 2009 Moët Grand Vintage Rosé, 2009 Moët Grand Vintage, Moët Nectar Impérial Rosé, and Moët Ice Impérial – the first champagne created to be served over ice. It promises to be an effervescent evening!
